Complaints & Concerns

How to raise a problem with us — and your rights under the OMARA framework.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

If something has gone wrong, we want to know. Registered migration agents are bound by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct, and clients have clear rights when they are unhappy with the service they receive. This page sets out our internal process first, and the official OMARA pathway that is always available to you.

Step 1 — Tell us directly

Contact Dr Asad Muhammad Khan (MARN 2619525) at support@migrationvision.com.au or on 0411 134 647, marked "Complaint". Include what happened, when, and what outcome you are seeking.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 21 days, in writing. Raising a complaint will never affect the quality of ongoing work on your matter.

Step 2 — The OMARA pathway

You do not need our permission to escalate, and you can go to OMARA first if you prefer. The Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority regulates registered migration agents and accepts complaints about professional conduct, competence and fees. You can lodge a complaint through the OMARA website at mara.gov.au.

Before engaging any agent, we encourage every client to read the official consumer guide — we host a copy here: MARA Consumer Guide (PDF). It explains what you are entitled to expect from a registered agent, including a written agreement for services and fees.

Fees disputes

Our engagements use a written agreement covering services and fees before work begins, as the Code of Conduct requires. If a fee concern arises, raise it under Step 1 — fee records and the written agreement make most disputes quick to resolve.

Refunds and file access

Where a refund is due under your written agreement, we pay it promptly. You are entitled to copies of documents relating to your matter as provided by the Code of Conduct.
