General information, not migration advice
Everything on this website is general information about Australian visas and migration processes. It is not migration advice for your circumstances, and reading it does not make you a client. Visa criteria, charges and processing arrangements change frequently — always confirm current requirements with the Department of Home Affairs or through a consultation before acting.
No client relationship without written engagement
A client relationship with Migration Vision begins only when we confirm an engagement in writing, including a written agreement covering services and fees as required by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct. Submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation does not itself create that relationship.
No guarantee of outcomes
No registered migration agent can guarantee a visa outcome. Decisions rest with the Department of Home Affairs and, on review, the Administrative Review Tribunal. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of success.
Accuracy and currency
We verify figures against the Department of Home Affairs, the Migration Regulations and other primary sources, and date-stamp them on each page. Despite that care, errors and out-of-date figures can occur; see our Editorial & Review Policy for how we maintain pages and how to report a problem.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Migration Vision unless otherwise indicated. You may read, print and share links freely; do not republish substantial portions without permission.
